As summer approaches and we want to get outside and wear our bikinis; this is a good time to cleanse the body. I like to do cleanses twice a year. The first detox is usually in the spring. Preparing my body for lighter foods. I do my second cleanse in late Fall preparing for the slowing down during the winter months. I have developed a 10 days detoxification program that starts with colon cleaning then liver cleaning and finally blood cleaning.
